NATURE OF USE
Please note a maximum of 12 people is allowed without written approval from North Management and the caretaker.
Bookings are only accepted for residential use only.
$100 fee will be charged to the levies of the booking unit if the venue is not left in a clean and tidy state.
Nothing is to be attached to the wall or ceiling, this has caused paint damage in the past when removing items.
